Located in College Station, this build-to-suit project features a stucco and brick exterior elevation and wood frame. Extensive millwork accents the workspace and unique wall cladding highlights the impressive two-story lobby. An unexpected feature is the drive-thru service window that allows clients to drop off or pick up documents without leaving their car.
In addition to the office structure, GSD also executed the site-work prep in advance of the concrete paving and slab work.
The client proactively assembled their entire construction team, including GC selection, at the onset of the project. With a design-build approach, GSD was able to value-engineer multiple elements saving the client money, time, and avoiding excessive change orders.
