Sandra attributes much of her professional growth to her years with a private firm specializing in tilt-wall construction. She participated in over 150 projects averaging $1.5 million individually in value. Even though her time in commercial construction totals more than 25 years, she believes there is something new to learn and embrace everyday.

Jim is quick to clarify his expertise doesn’t mean he knows it all, just how to respond to it all.

Stephen began his construction career in 2010 after graduating from UH with a degree in Construction Management. Before coming on board with GSD, he executed interior projects for clients such as Martha Turner and Labcorp. In the field Stephen is known for clear and consistent communication, and delivering on time. His strength in proactive scheduling makes him a valuable partner for other construction professionals as well as our clients.
