For this project, we worked on a gorgeous restaurant space: LuLoos. For the exterior, we created a grand entrance with glass window walls to bring in natural lighting. The interior features tall ceilings for an open-space feeling, modern lighting, and long panel details.

Seeing a new project come together is always a thrill! We are happy to work with Daniel Scott Turner Design on A New Leaf School. This converted historic residence will be a K-5th grade school in the Houston Heights area. This project includes a 2nd story addition and building add-on, along with preserving the original design. The environment around the building is being carefully protected throughout the project, including some beautiful shady oak trees. We’re excited to see the final product coming together.

IMA Financial has entrusted us to construct its new office space in Houston, Texas.
The space features custom skylights, glass staircases, and glass offices to promote natural light throughout the office. The space will have several conference rooms, executive offices, and standard offices. We’re looking forward to seeing the final product.

Square Footage: 10,500 SQ FT Commercial Retail Shell

GSD Construction collaborated with Identity Architects to construct 10,500 sq ft of commercial retail shell space for Partners Capital in Pearland, Texas. There were two buildings completed on the site by GSD.
These types of commercial retail shells are one of GSD’s core competencies.

GSD completed 3,200 SQ FT of new office space including Steel Framing, MEP design and installation, finishes including Marble Flooring, and installation of Fire and Sprinkler System. 54,000 SQ FT. warehouse work included Electrical work, MEP, Fire and Sprinkler, and Coordination of Crane Installation. GSD Partnered with JLL Commercial Real Estate and H. Klok Inc. Architect Services.
