For this project, we worked on a gorgeous restaurant space: LuLoos. For the exterior, we created a grand entrance with glass window walls to bring in natural lighting. The interior features tall ceilings for an open-space feeling, modern lighting, and long panel details.

GSD Construction collaborated with Identity Architects to construct 10,500 sq ft of commercial retail shell space for Partners Capital in Pearland, Texas. There were two buildings completed on the site by GSD.
These types of commercial retail shells are one of GSD’s core competencies.

GSD completed 3,200 SQ FT of new office space including Steel Framing, MEP design and installation, finishes including Marble Flooring, and installation of Fire and Sprinkler System. 54,000 SQ FT. warehouse work included Electrical work, MEP, Fire and Sprinkler, and Coordination of Crane Installation. GSD Partnered with JLL Commercial Real Estate and H. Klok Inc. Architect Services.

This 9,940 SQ FT project features covered outdoor learning and play areas, interactive classrooms, and independent work and play areas for both students and faculty. The careful design of this school creates an environment for children to enjoy their childhoods to the fullest while learning, developing, and growing into future leaders.

This 16,786 SQ FT project, located in Katy, Texas, brings learning alive with its unique design. With plenty of covered outdoor educational spaces, students are able to experience year-round, nature-focused learning away from technology and screens. The building’s unique design, complete with rustic brick and unique lighting, features a collaborative cafeteria and dining areas that encourage friendship and student bonding.
