This industrial construction project for Polk Mechanical features a 9,352 SQ FT office space, 1,401 SQ FT training room, 7,311 SQ FT warehouse, and 2,936 SQ FT shop area. With this new space, Polk Mechanical has plenty of room for training, storing, and working to fulfill clients’ needs and continue providing reliable service to their customers.

For this project, we worked on Mahindra North America Headquarters. This space features a 9,352 SQ FT office space with tons of functionality, a 1,401 SQ FT training room, a 7,311 SQ FT warehouse, and a 2,936 SQ FT shop area. These headquarters have room for all the needs of Mahindra North America, and we are so pleased with how it turned out.

This 16,400 SQ FT office in the Galleria in Houston, Texas gave Stream Realty a new home. The new office featured luxurious conference spaces, inviting decorative elements and finishes, and spacious offices.
