For this project, we worked on a gorgeous restaurant space: LuLoos. For the exterior, we created a grand entrance with glass window walls to bring in natural lighting. The interior features tall ceilings for an open-space feeling, modern lighting, and long panel details.

GSD Construction collaborated with Identity Architects to construct 10,500 sq ft of commercial retail shell space for Partners Capital in Pearland, Texas. There were two buildings completed on the site by GSD.

These types of commercial retail shells are one of GSD’s core competencies.

This 1,867 SQ FT project in the Houston Heights features vibrant wall and furniture colors to add to the unique design. Large wooden countertops and black drawers create a professional and fun environment to benefit both the employees and customers.

For this project, we took on a 2,400 SQ FT salon. We utilized an open-space layout to give room for plenty of hair stations, washing stations, and a retail section. The washed tiles and wood-paneled walls give this space a rustic, southern feel. The finalized space is perfect for both the customers and employees to enjoy.

This fun 1,736 SQ FT retail space for Artrageous in the Woodlands was a joy to build. The full-length windows allow customers to complete their art projects with sufficient natural lighting, while the strategic layout of the space offers ample seating.
