This 17,575 SQ FT, build-to-suit building features custom millwork that accentuates the workspace as well as unique wall cladding that highlights the impressive two-story lobby. To match the beautiful interior design, the building has a stucco and brick exterior elevation, a wood frame, and offers 38,000 SQ FT of parking space. In addition to the office structure, GSD also executed the site-work prep before the concrete paving and slab work.
GSD Construction got involved with this project early and was able to play an important role in the design-build process. This approach allowed GSD to value-engineer elements of the build, saving the client money and construction time.

There are independent work areas, collaborative meeting rooms, and co-working spaces to create a comfortable work environment for all employees. With the company’s unique brand colors accented throughout the whole building, the design creates a sense of unity and community.
This 3,200 SQ FT project in the Seabrook-Bayport Industrial Complex features plenty of storage, office, and staff spaces. The office areas are side-by-side in open rooms, allowing for maximum collaboration between team members. The staff spaces, including kitchen and bathroom areas, provide everything a staff member could need to feel comfortable at work.
