This 17,575 SQ FT, build-to-suit building features custom millwork that accentuates the workspace as well as unique wall cladding that highlights the impressive two-story lobby. To match the beautiful interior design, the building has a stucco and brick exterior elevation, a wood frame, and offers 38,000 SQ FT of parking space. In addition to the office structure, GSD also executed the site-work prep before the concrete paving and slab work.
GSD Construction got involved with this project early and was able to play an important role in the design-build process. This approach allowed GSD to value-engineer elements of the build, saving the client money and construction time.

This project is located in West Houston and includes 12,174 SQ FT of office space and 4,626 SQ FT of warehouse space. There are independent work areas, collaborative meeting rooms, and co-working spaces to create a comfortable work environment for all employees. With the company’s unique brand colors accented throughout the whole building, the design creates a sense of unity and community.
This 3,200 SQ FT project in the Seabrook-Bayport Industrial Complex features plenty of storage, office, and staff spaces. The office areas are side-by-side in open rooms, allowing for maximum collaboration between team members. The staff spaces, including kitchen and bathroom areas, provide everything a staff member could need to feel comfortable at work.

With this new space, Polk Mechanical has plenty of room for training, storing, and working to fulfill clients’ needs and continue providing reliable service to their customers.

For this project, we worked on Mahindra North America Headquarters. This space features a 9,352 SQ FT office space with tons of functionality, a 1,401 SQ FT training room, a 7,311 SQ FT warehouse, and a 2,936 SQ FT shop area. These headquarters have room for all the needs of Mahindra North America, and we are so pleased with how it turned out.
